About the Mountain Escape Program

The Mountain Escape Program by Lake Louise Inn is a program of fitness, yoga and mountain hiking all wrapped up in a resort getaway for women.

Guests choose from a 2 or 5 day program and customize from there to meet their needs. Some come to kick-start a fitness program, others to practice yoga, some come to play outside in the mountains, and many seek relaxation, reflection and inner peace. Everyone comes to enjoy the outdoors and to make new friends and to have a good time.

Mornings begin early with a brisk morning mountain walk along the Bow River, light breakfast and yoga session. Pilates, ball classes and aquacize, fill the morning until lunch. Afternoons include guided hikes, depending on trail conditions, through pine forests, alongside world-renowned turquoise waters of Lake Louise, spectacular views of the Valley of the Ten Peaks, Johnson Canyon and the Paradise Valley just to name a few. If you are looking for a quieter more peaceful afternoon, you have the option every day of going for a walk around the Bow River and enjoying relaxing Spa Services or Yoga Practice. Health and Wellness presentations are woven into the program and guest speakers and fun activities including fireside drumming in the gazebo are offered on most evenings following dinner.
