Come up early on Friday afternoon (2 - 7 PM) and enjoy the fresh mountain air, read and unwind with spa services prior to the Wine and Cheese welcome and orientation session. Start the day off on Saturday with a morning walk, light breakfast and yoga session.

Join your favourite Instructors and prepare to be challenged and empowered. Enjoy outdoor fitness and long walks along the Bow River and Hikes up to beautiful Lake Louise. Inspirational guest speakers, fireside drumming and other fun activities are some of the events offered for the evening program .

5 Day Week Retreats (Sunday 4pm to Friday 12 noon):
From $1240* per person

Arrive early on Sunday and enjoy an afternoon of relaxing spa services and unwind with a good book or beautiful nature walk prior to the 7 PM welcome wine and cheese and program orientation presentation.

5-day retreat follows a similar schedule to our weekend program and includes the option of an extended day hike on one of the three days, 3 healthy meals a day, more free time for reflection, relaxation and spa services and a greater variety in health and wellness presentations.
